Take one beautiful dancer, add some coloured powder and some oil. Then add a soft directional light and let him move. It’s all I can do to keep up and capture the beautiful poses that reveal themselves. Jacopo could have stood perfectly still and his big, soulful eyes and angular features would have done a beautiful job, but he was magic in motion and I was just along for the ride.
