In a blatant play on words the title MANYONE stems from the obvious fact there are many versions of one person in each image. The concept started as a purely visual experiment but as is common for me, I worked out exactly what themes I was exploring somewhere along the way. Making our way through life we leave impressions on people and one person can leave dozens of different and conflicting impressions, even in the course of one day. MANYONE has become the visual representation of that. Starting in the studio, I always knew that this series would venture beyond the studio and into natural light outdoors. Later in the process I decided that some of my models and I would also have to venture underwater.

A good portrait of someone will make you stop whether you know the person or not. Hopefully you will want to know more about them.

In a commercial headshot it is just as important to grab the attention of the viewer and express the right mood for the person and their business.

The nude figure is where I started exploring my passion for photography. It's a classic subject as old as art itself. For the last 15 years I have used natural light, studio photography and a wide variety of themes to interpret this classic theme in my own unique way.

Tribe was my third exhibition series, debuted on twitter in February 2015 it explored our natural tendency to find our own "tribe" in the modern world using references to tribal imagery used for centuries around the globe.

Freedom was my second gallery exhibition, opening in February 2013 in Sydney. After the darker nature of Shrouded, Freedom was more simple and light in it's mood. All of the images were taken in purely natural light, outdoors. There is after all, a freedom in basking in sunlight naked in nature.

After talking for a few years about having a gallery exhibition, in February 2011 Shrouded opened in Sydney.

The idea behind Shrouded was the human habit of putting up a wall of defence, or a mask to hide our insecurities or protect us from the outside world.

Photographing weddings and engagements is a great challenge but one of the most rewarding. It's hard to beat the overwhelming feeling of love on that special day where two people are committing themselves to each other for life.

My aim when I shoot a wedding or engagement is to capture that love in beautiful images that you will treasure for a lifetime.
